Hi Nelson... I so appreciate your willingness to profile a book like this one for pastors. Healthy living and fitness have always been a passion of mine. In fact, helping to see pastors walk in health is something that the Lord has really put on my heart. I have heard very few pastors talk about this subject because it isn't "spirtitual." Many of these same pastors are overweight, sedentary, and fighting sickness constantly. It breaks my heart, it really does (they even joke about their condition!). So, thank-you for this book recommendation. May many pastors get the book and get the breakthrough they need in their physical health in order to serve Christ better.
