The NYC Church Growth Coaching Network is a relationship based coaching network for pastors seeking to break the 125, 250, 500, 750 & 1000 attendance barriers. The heart of the Network is found in a group of 12-15 pastors meeting together monthly for training, coaching and networking.

The Coaching Network will follow the outline of the 9 Growth Barriers and 8 Growth Systems as taught in the workshops led by Nelson Searcy and will be customized according to the specific needs of those accepted.

Nelson Searcy will lead the NYC Coaching Network. Nelson is the Lead Pastor of The Journey Church of the City in New York City, a mult-site, multicultural church that he started in 2002 which has grown from 2 people to over 1200 attending each weekend with over 1300 in small groups. He is the author of 3 books and over 60 church growth resources. An in demand church growth coach, he has coached over 175 pastors since 2004, many of who have doubled in size and several that have grown from a few hundred to over 1000+ in attendance. His coaching networks fill up fast and often have long waiting lists. Prior to coming to NYC, he was the founding director of The Purpose Driven Network at Saddleback Church with Rick Warren.

A limited number of partial scholarships are available
Note: Most participants have stated that they more than recover their monthly investment by the fourth session. The network will pay for itself!

In order to be eligible, you must agree to the following without exception.

You must be the Lead or Senior Pastor of a church with a strong commitment to grow and break the next growth barrier.

Attend all 8 coaching sessions from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM on the following dates at The Journey Offices in midtown Manhattan.

- May 15, 2009
- June 5, 2009
- July 24, 2009
- August 14, 2009
- September 2009 (date TBD)
Be willing to coach/help other Pastors in the future if called upon.
