Currently a Senior Pastor's Coaching Community is being formed in:
Both will begin in October (NYC) and November (Tampa) of 2007. For more information and exact dates, please download an application by clicking on either city or see below.
At each coaching network we will focus on:
- Leadership Development
- Church Growth/Growth Barriers/Growth Systems and Skill Development
- Practical advice, accountability and feedback
- Prayer and networking
Both Networks will be led by Nelson Searcy.
We hope you will prayerfully consider applying for this network. The application spells out the commitment and the cost. Discounts are available for full payment. Partial scholarships are also available.

Additional Information on the Coaching Community
The Community will consist of 15 senior pastors that meet monthly for six months.
The coaching community is a monthly gathering that is designed to help you take your church to the next level. During each of our six monthly meetings, we will talk about strategies for breaking growth barriers and building growth systems.
In particular, we will be looking at how to build “Systems for Sustained Growth” in 8 different areas: Marketing/Outreach, Weekend Service, Assimilation, Small Groups, Ministry, Stewardship, Leadership and Strategy.
In addition we will read one or two books together each month designed to stimulate our thinking and personal growth.
Each monthly meeting will be from 10am – 3pm. All the dates are in the application. Nelson is a practitioner and this will be a Coaching Community for practitioners.

Nelson Searcy's Biography
