coaching logo The 2009 Worship Pastor Tele-Coaching Network is now forming and will begin in September 2009. This network is for Worship Pastors and Worship Leaders seeking to grow their leadership skills, and maximize life transformation during their worship services. The heart of the network is found in a group of worship pastors meeting together monthly for training, coaching and networking.

The Tele-Coaching Network will follow the outline of the 7 Leadership Challenges for Worship Pastors, customized according to the specific needs of those accepted. The 7 Worship Leader Challenges include:

The Personal Challenge – How to develop personal leadership growth habits that help you lead at an optimum level
The Pastor Challenge – How to give the Lead Pastor exactly what he needs from the Worship Pastor
The Planning Challenge – How to plan farther ahead than ever before, and create more impactful services than ever before.
The People Challenge - How to maximize the number of people serving on your worship arts team
The Provision Challenge - How to make the most of the resources spent on the Sunday service for now and the future
The Professionalism Challenge – How to create an atmosphere of excellence for yourself and your volunteers
The Production Challenge – How to ensure that every Sunday service is successfully planned for and executed

As a member of the coaching network, you will have the opportunity to meet once a month from September 2009 – June 2010 with Jason and a group of other worship pastors from around the country.

During these 2-hour tele-coaching sessions, Jason will teach you how to overcome the 7 Challenges of the Worship Pastor.

This network is not for everyone. Only those worship pastors who are serious about personal and ministry growth. Therefore, the requirements to participate are high. The requirements are:

1. You must be the Worship Pastor or primary Worship Leader of a church with a strong commitment to grow your Worship ministry.

2. Participate in all 10 Tele-Coaching sessions (Fridays, Noon – 2:00pm EDT) on the following dates:

October 9, 2009
November 13, 2009
December 11, 2009
January 15, 2010
February 12, 2010
March 12, 2010
April 16, 2010
Mary 14, 2010
June 18, 2010

Remember, you will receive MP3’s of each coaching session within 24 hours, so even if you must miss a session you can still stay on track with the network.

3. Have your Sr. Pastor’s approval to join the network.

4. Be willing to coach other Worship Leaders in the future if called upon.

5. Complete the application (pages 3-4) and send it for review to:

6. You will be notified of acceptance by phone. Upon acceptance, your credit card will be charged for the first two months. We can no longer accept checks.

Investment: $227 per month, $454 of which is due before the first meeting
(and there is ZERO flight, hotel, gas or rental car costs!)

Note: Due to the demand of these networks, not everyone who applies will be accepted. For priority consideration, submit your application as thoroughly as possible and submit it as early as possible.

JASON’S BIO:

Jason Hatley, Worship Arts Pastor at The Journey, will lead the Worship Leader Tele-Coaching network. Jason has been a worship leader for over 10 years and was a part of The Journey’s original launch team. He began a worship ministry prior to moving to New York, and has worked alongside Nelson in planning The Journey’s worship services since The Journey’s first service. He has also built from scratch The Journey’s Worship Arts Team, a group of over 200 artists and technicians who develop and implement The Journey’s creative and technical elements at the weekly Sunday service.
