About Nelson Searcy
Nelson Searcy is the Founding and Lead Pastor of The Journey Church in New York City. Started in 2002, this groundbreaking church sees the majority of its growth coming from new believers and currently meets in several locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, with additional locations in San Francisco and Boca Raton, FL.

Nelson is the author of over 60 church-growth resources, including the books Launch: Starting a New Church From Scratch (also Fundar en Espanol), Fusion: Integrating Newcomers into the Life of Your Church, Activate: An Entirely New Approach to Small Groups and Ignite: How to Spark Immediate Growth in Your Church.

About Kerrick Thomas
Kerrick Thomas is the Executive and Teaching Pastor of The Journey Church in New York City. He was part of the team that launched The Journey in 2002 and is currently the location pastor of The Journey's two Manhattan campuses.  He is the co-author of "Launch: Starting a New Church from Scratch" and "Activate: An Entirely New Approach to Small Groups".  Kerrick leads coaching networks for Executive Pastors, Small Group Pastors and Church Planters and regularly co-leads training events with Nelson Searcy.

About Jason Hatley
In 2002, Jason Hatley helped launch The Journey Church in New York City, directing the programming of their worship services. He serves as the Pastor of Worship Arts and has built from scratch The Journey's Worship Arts Team, a group of over 200 artists and technicians who develop and implement the creative and technical elements at weekly Sunday services. The Journey has been recognized as one of Outreach Magazines fastest and most creative churches.

Jason has been a worship leader since 1996 and is the founder of WorshipLeaderInsights.com. He invests in Worship Pastors around the country through interactive coaching networks and worship planning resources. He has been a featured break-out speaker at the Willow Creek Arts Conference, The Purpose Drive Worship Conference, Worship Leader Magazine events, as well as seminars around the country. He has a B.M. in Sacred Music Performance from Appalachian State University.
