Refunds for Seminars and Conferences:

We will provide a full refund for Live Event cancellations up to 60 days prior to the event. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for Live Event registrations within 59 days of the event. Feel free to contact us to learn about options to transfer your registration or to find out if a recording of the event is available.

 

No-Solicitation Policy: 

In order to provide a distraction-free environment for our sponsors, other partners, attendees, speakers and staff, we do not allow solicitation of any kind at our events by attendees or unauthorized parties without the express written permission of Nelson Searcy and CLI. This policy includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized on-site distribution of printed or electronic materials, receptions, exhibits, recruiting and unauthorized promotion of any kind. Any person and/or organization found to be violating this policy may be expelled from the event without refund of registration fees. Egregious and/or multiple violations of this policy may result in disqualification from future events..

 

Refunds for Resources:

Take your time to listen and implement the ideas in the resources your purchased and if at any time you are not fully satisfied, then you can receive a prompt and courteous refund. 

 

Defective Resources or Books: 

We will gladly replace defective items, at no additional cost to you, within 365 days of purchase. If your product is defective, please contact our customer service via email at [email protected] or call us at 561.921.8488 for further instructions. Please note that you will need your original invoice for defective product exchanges. 

 

If you are sending us an email for a replacement, please provide the following:
  1. Order number
  2. The Name of the product you are returning
  3. Customer name
  4. Reason for exchange
  5. Customer email address
